One example of the implementation of the PALS framework with smallholder/community-based producers is the Nduli pig farming project outside Ceres, where PALS has partnered with a group of 29 small-scale pig farmers to develop their informal pig farming project to a more commercial and sustainable enterprise. It’s more than pork on your plate, but also money in the bank.
