Training

Since beneficiaries in PALS enterprises mostly stem from previously disadvantaged groups with no background whatsoever on farming, but only a passion and need to participate in the agricultural space, PALS identified training and mentorship as the core pillars of a successful farming enterprise.

The aim of PALS training is to equip and assist new-era farmers to develop sustainable farming practices. Training interventions are tailor-made for their unique needs, and take into consideration the educational level of the participants, ranging from illiterate to literate, unskilled to semi-skilled and more.
